Short version: the board runs entirely in your browser, and there is no account, no cookie and no analytics script anywhere on this site.

What stays on your machine

One entry in local storage, under the key clockrow.cities.v1, holding the list of cities you have added. It is written when you toggle a city and read when the page loads. Clearing site data in your browser removes it and the board returns to its default five cities.

Your time zone and the current time are read from your browser to draw the board. They are used to render the page and are not recorded.

What is not here

• No cookies, first or third party.
• No analytics, telemetry, error reporting or session recording.
• No fonts, scripts, styles or images loaded from another domain. Every file the page requests comes from this one.
• No advertising, and no data sold or shared, because none is collected to sell.
• No contact form, so there is nothing here that can take your details.

What the server sees

Serving a page requires receiving a request, so the web server necessarily handles your IP address and user agent for as long as it takes to answer. Access logging of request URLs and headers is switched off. Nothing is retained that could reconstruct who visited or what they looked at.

Changes

If this ever stops being accurate, this page changes before the behaviour does. There is no mailing list to notify, which is itself the point.
